Participation and engagement with industry are central to the Center for Business Analytics' mission. In addition to incorporating real-world challenges and data into the McIntire analytics curriculum and case studies, CBA works with the school's corporate partners to produce cutting-edge research outcomes and provide enhanced exposure to students and classroom opportunities.

CBA hosts and sponsors programming that brings together McIntire students, faculty, staff, and alumni with members of the community and industry partners addressing today’s most pressing issues in data and business analytics. 

One such event is the Knowledge ∞ Continuum—a unique opportunity for UVA alumni, students, faculty, and business leaders to learn from world-class speakers and best-selling authors and expand their professional networks. Taking place throughout the year in Charlottesville and Northern Virginia, Knowledge ∞ Continuum programs focus on the most important topics at the intersection of commerce and IT, data analytics, AI, digital transformation, and more.
