McIntire-Guided Tours

McIntire offers complimentary 30-minute guided tours for prospective students and their families.

Aug. 28, 2026, through April 30, 2027, every Monday and Friday at 1 p.m.

Join a McIntire Ambassador for a guided tour of the McIntire School of Commerce and learn more about our academic programs, student community, facilities, and undergraduate experience. Registration is not required.

Tours begin promptly at 1 p.m. in the fourth-floor lobby of Rouss & Robertson Halls, accessible via the Lawn entrance. Guests are encouraged to arrive five minutes early and look for the McIntire Ambassador and tour sign.

Tours are not offered during the summer or during University holidays and academic breaks.

Ambassador Walk-In Advising

If you're a current UVA student interested in McIntire's B.S. in Commerce program, you can meet one-on-one with a McIntire Ambassador to learn more about the prerequisites, admissions process, and Commerce curriculum.

McIntire Ambassadors are Commerce students in their third and fourth years who are trained to answer questions about admission requirements and academic programs. They can also share their experiences with McIntire's classroom environment, student organizations, resources, career opportunities, and community.

Walk-In Advising Hours

Offered during the fall and spring semesters when classes are in session:

Tuesdays, 3:30-5 p.m.
Rouss & Robertson Halls, Suite 407

Wednesdays, 3:30-5 p.m.
Clemons Library, Room 230

Walk-in advising is not offered during University holidays, academic breaks, or the summer term.
