Hometown: Fairfax, VA Concentrations: Marketing and Management Track: Business Analytics
Hi! My name is Isha Jain, and I am in my fourth-year at the McIntire School of Commerce, concentrating in Marketing and Management with a track in Business Analytics. I am from Fairfax, VA, and I always loved visiting my brother at UVA as a child!
During my time at UVA, I’ve been involved in a variety of organizations across Grounds. I’m the President of the Advertising and Marketing Association, a Project Leader for 180 Degrees Consulting, and a member of the Bollywood Fusion dance team Sharaara.
Outside of academics, I love traveling and want to explore more of Asia after I graduate! I also love playing tennis and learning new dance choreographies.
During my time in McIntire so far, I’ve really enjoyed the group work aspect of ICE and working with a corporate sponsor. It’s been amazing getting to know the people from my block and collaborating on different projects and activities. Working in teams, communicating effectively, and valuing diverse perspectives are all crucial skills that McIntire prepares you for.
Fun fact: My name was legally changed when I was 6!
