Hi everyone! My name is Allyson Wang, and I am a fourth-year at McIntire, concentrating in Finance with a double major in Statistics. At UVA, I am CEO of Global Markets Group and a campus ambassador for Girls Who Invest. My involvement in both organizations has led to my passion and realization of the importance of mentorship, which I am thrilled about continuing as an ambassador. Beyond academics, I love playing tennis, golf, and dancing (mainly hip-hop and house). You can also catch me outside of school exploring new cities and going on new adventures (I once rowed 30 miles down the James River).
What truly sets McIntire apart is our tight-knit community. It’s remarkable how close my peers and professors have become over the year. Being surrounded by bright and driven students and sharing our diverse interests excites me to continue learning and engaging in our class discussions. As an ambassador, I’m excited to share how McIntire provides a multitude of opportunities and unwavering commitment to its students!
