Courtney Hodge is a data scientist with a passion for applying advanced analytics, deep learning, and sustainability insights to drive innovation within the real estate sector. She currently serves as the inaugural White Ruffin Byron Center for Real Estate Fellow at the University of Virginia, where she works as a business analyst supporting strategic initiatives, student programming, and faculty research for the McIntire School of Commerce.

Hodge holds an M.S. in Data Science from the University of Virginia and a B.S. in Data Science, with minors in Spanish and History, from Baylor University. She was recognized as the 2025 graduate recipient of UVA’s George A. Overstreet Jr. Outstanding Student Award for her commitment to real estate and her contributions to the White Ruffin Byron Center for Real Estate.
