Hello, my name is Jai Khosla, and I am a third-year student at McIntire, concentrating in Finance. I am from Northern New Jersey, and I chose UVA because of the college-town atmosphere, but mostly because I wanted to attend McIntire. I am interested in quantitative finance, trading, and asset management, and so I hope to complete the Quantitative Finance Track. This career path has also led me to pursue a second major in Mathematics.

I am involved in a number of CIOs, but the ones I am most involved in are Enactus, a consulting club, and Phi Eta Sigma, a volunteering organization, where I have helped in food drives, book drives, and 5k runs. Outside of McIntire, you can often find me working out at the AFC or playing soccer at The Park. I also enjoy eating at restaurants on the Corner, such as Roots, Chipotle, Asados, and Poke Sushi Bowl, which are some of my favorites.

As a McIntire student, I have experienced more than I have in any other semester at UVA. I enjoy the discussion-based classes and the active engagement from professors and students alike. This style of learning has allowed me to gain insight into the collaborative and teamwork-oriented nature of the business world. Because of the emphasis on teamwork in class, I have also really enjoyed getting to know everyone in McIntire outside of class through block events, kickball tournaments, and group dinners to break up the studying. Building camaraderie with my Integrated Core-mates has been a lot of fun, and I look forward to meeting more like-minded students in the future.

Fun fact: I play the guitar and saxophone
